A lifelong resident of Maine, Frank grew up in Lewiston and is currently residing in Minot with his wife Pam (Marcotte), Bernese Mountain Dog Remington (Remy) and cat Allister. He has two adult children, Amanda and Frank III (Frankie). Frank has been educated in Lewiston Schools and graduated from Lewiston High School in 1979. He also attended the University of Maine at Orono. Frank has worked for Eastern Fire in Auburn for the past 23 years in various capacities and is currently its service department estimator. Frank is a past master (2021) of Nezinscot Lodge #101 in Turner. He is currently the lodge secretary. Frank is also a member of Turner Royal Arch Chapter #41, Dunlap Council #8, Lewiston Commandery #6, The Valley of the Androscoggin, The Valley of Portland and is a 32nd degree mason.
Frank has been a member of KORA Shriners since December of 2010. He is currently a member of KORA Divan Leadership, KORA Cycle Corps, Feztival of Trees Executive Committee, and both the Cumberland County and Androscoggin County Shrine Clubs. In his spare time Frank is actively involved with the Mid Maine Lewiston Harley Owners Group and is a lecture at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Sabattus and a member of Prince of Peace Parish Council. Frank also enjoys running and walking to stay fit, spending time with family and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
