Frank P. Welch, Jr

Chief Rabban

A lifelong resident of Maine, Frank grew up in Lewiston and is currently residing in Minot with
his wife Pam (Marcotte), Bernese Mountain Dog Remington (Remy) and cats Allister and
Snoop. He has two adult children, Amanda and Frank III (Frankie).

Frank was educated in Lewiston Schools and graduated from Lewiston High School in 1979. A proud Blue Devil!
Frank also attended the University of Maine at Orono. After working forty five years in the fire
sprinkler industry, the last twenty four with Eastern Fire, Frank retired in March of 2024. Frank
is a past master (2021) of Nezinscot Lodge #101 in Turner and is the current lodge secretary.
Frank is also a member of Turner Royal Arch Chapter #41, Dunlap Council #8, Lewiston
Commandery #6, The Valleys of the Androscoggin and Portland and is a 32nd degree mason.
Frank has been a KORA Shriner since December of 2010. He is a member of the KORA Divan
Leadership team, KORA Cycle Corps, KORA Drifters, KORA Legion of Honor, Hillbilly
Turkey Gobbler Clan, Feztival of Trees Executive Committee, KORA Membership Committee,
as well as the Cumberland County, Androscoggin County, York County, Oxford County, and
Western Maine Shrine Clubs.

Frank is a member of the Mid Maine Lewiston Harley Owners
Group, attends Holy Family Church in Lewiston and is a member of Prince of Peace Parish
Council. In his spare time Frank enjoys exercising to stay fit, spending time with family and
riding his Harley-Davidson motor
