
Michael S. Robitaille

Michael resides in the small town of Lisbon, Maine, where he has resided since 1971
after his father’s retirement from the US Navy. He met his wife, Lolita, while in high
school, and they have been married for forty years. Together, they have raised three
children: Joseph, Alyson, and Ryan, who have brought them a total of five amazing
grandchildren.
Michael is the Past Master of Ancient York Lodge in Lisbon Falls a total of four times.
He was raised as a Master Mason in 2004 and soon after became a Noble at Kora
Shrine. An active member of the Kora Klowns, where he is better known as “Tilly” or
“DewGee” since his first circus in 2004. A recipient of his Master Clown certification
from the Northeast Clown Institute, he has won many awards for his makeup.
Michael serves as the Fire Chief for the Town of Yarmouth, Maine, where he has worked
since 2004. Prior to being appointed Chief, he was the Deputy Chief of Operations for
the Brunswick, Maine, Fire Department. Michael has also served as a volunteer
firefighter in his hometown since 1983. Michael was named the Fire Chief
of the Year for the State of Maine in 2021, and he has been twice awarded the Medal of
Valor for his actions while on duty as a Firefighter.
When he is not clowning or working, Michael enjoys spending time with his
grandchildren fishing, hiking, or on the pontoon boat at camp
